NHC Place Farragut is all about choices. On one beautiful campus, NHC Place offers three tiers of care for older adults. This campus community includes 84 apartments for Assisted Living, as well as a Skilled-Care Unit and a Rehabilitation Nursing Unit.

Our services are provided by compassionate caregivers, including professional nursing and therapy staff, medical directors, a chef, a dietitian, recreational staff, social workers and a chaplain. To ensure the best possible care, our team of health care professionals tailors programs to meet each patient's specific needs.
NHC Farragut has an on-site beauty shop, landscaped courtyards, and private dining room for special occasions. We also offer activities 7 days a week that are tailored to the individual interest of the patients.
