Levels of Service
NHC Farragut is all about choices. Our services are provided by compassionate caregivers, including professional nursing and therapy staff, medical directors, a chef, a dietitian, recreational staff, social workers and a chaplain. To ensure the best possible care, our team of health care professionals tailors programs to meet each patient's specific needs.
Level I
Designed to maintain the resident in an essentially independent lifestyle.
- 24 hour licensed nurse coverage
- Round the clock emergency call response system and twice daily safety checks
- Scheduled health and wellness screenings
- On-site laboratory services
- Scheduled transportation for local shopping, doctor appointments, and other events
- Active social, recreational and educational programs coordinated by our experienced activity staff
- Three delicious, nutritious meals and snacks daily
- Weekly housekeeping/towel and linen service
- All utilities including telephone services
- Cable TV at an additional fee
- Beauty/barber shop at additional charge
Level II
Services on Level II are designed to assist the resident who is able to independently administer medications and who requires physical assistance with activities of daily living.
- All Level I services and amenities
- Assistance with bathing and hygiene up to 7 times a week
- Assistance with dressing and undressing up to 7 days a week
- Assistance with manageable incontinence (Does not include toilet training), emptying bedside commodes/urinals daily
- Escort service to meals and community events
- Daily trash removal, bed-making, and linen delivery
Level III
Services on Level III are designed to assist the resident who is unable to independently administer medications and/or requires licensed nurse assistance up to 7 days a week.
- All Level I and Level II services and amenities
- Maintain medication administration records
- Administration of medications and treatments
- Coordinate physician appointments upon request
