NHC Farragut is a 90-bed extended care facility which offers several types of rehabilitation services. Our highly trained therapy team is dedicated to maximizing independence for adults requiring inpatient and outpatient Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services. Patients at NHC Farragut experience rapid progress following the extensive and personalized programs developed by our therapy professionals.
Specialized services include treatment for lower back and neck pain, muscular reeducation therapy for neurological disorders, hand therapy, cognitive integration therapy and management of swallowing disorders.
