Out Patient Therapy
NHC Farragut is proud to offer physical, occupational and speech therapy on an out-patient basis. This service is for patients who are able to function in their own home setting but the physician has requested additional therapy to achieve their highest level of function. NHC Farragut accepts most types of insurance and will file the insurance paperwork for the patient.
A physician's order for therapy is required in order to qualify for this service.
